This is how we watch TV

OK, not usually. But we had a problem and figured it out. Disassembled the motherboard, soldered some connections, baked in the oven to recover some flow, and it worked again.

It was worth the effort, and both my son and I learned something new and potentially valuable.

I’ve always brought this can-do experimental attitude to work, and have gotten better at choosing the appropriate times to engage the team in learning activities not unlike the broken TV.
